Rare Cut Martini

You will need…

ml oz

50ml 1.69 oz Hayman’s Rare Cut Gin
10ml 0.33 oz Dry Vermouth
1 dash Orange Bitters

Steps to make…

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, and stir well. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Snap over the oils from lemon zest and garnish with a green olive for the best of both.
