Basil Smash

You will need…

ml oz

50ml 1.69 oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
25ml 0.84 oz Lemon juice
15ml 0.50 oz Sugar syrup
5-6 large, fresh basil leaves

Steps to make…

Add all these ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Stack with ice. Shake hard. Double strain into a chilled glass (already filled with crushed ice). Garnish with a wedge of lemon and fresh basil leaves.
