You will need…

60ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
15ml Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
5ml green charteuse liqueur
2.5ml elderflower liqueur
Garnish: Grapefruit zest

Steps to make…

Add ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and express the grapefruit zest over the top.
