Martini Masterclass
Hayman’s Martini Masterclass is the perfect way to learn more about one of the world’s most iconic cocktails. Stunning in its simplicity, you will discover the many ways this timeless cocktail can be created and enjoyed while tasing three Martinis styles showcasing its rich history. The evening will end with a Hayman’s Freezer Martini to take home and enjoy later.
Each masterclass lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes:
- A Hayman’s Original Gin & Tonic on arrival.
- An introduction to London’s Original Family Gin Distillery, the story of Hayman’s Gin and our journey of unbroken heritage.
- You will be guided through the rich history of the Martini and the numerous styles of the classic Martini recipe.
- 3 mini Martinis will be created for you at the bar, explained and served.
- Each guest will leave with a 20cl Freezer Martini. Just pop in your freezer to enjoy later.
- Complimentary olives and crisps will be provided.
- You will enjoy 15% off at our Distillery Shop
- A maximum of 12 people per Martini Masterclass.
- Only two people from each group will be behind the bar at each time when making cocktails.
- Cocktail equipment will be cleaned and wash before each use.
- Doors will open 15 minutes before the tour start time, please do not arrive any earlier as we may be unable to accommodate.
- You must be 18 or over to attend any of our experiences. This includes babies and young children in buggies.
- Smoking anywhere on-site at our distillery is strictly forbidden – both inside and outside.
- If you’re driving to and from our distillery, please be sure to stick to the safe driving alcohol limit and enjoy our gin responsibly.
- Currently, we are only booking some experiences 6 weeks in advance and we will add dates mid-month for the following month.
- Should you wish to cancel your visit, tours are refundable and amendable up to 10 days before the tour date.
- If you are booking within 10 days of the tour date, tours are not refundable, but you may amend your tour within 24 hours of booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse the sale or sampling of alcohol under the terms of the licensing act.
- We reserve the right to alter the content, timing and prices of this experience.
