World Gin Day interview with Emma Stokes @ginmonkey
With World Gin Day this coming Saturday 14th June, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to catch up with our friend and gin guru Emma Stokes
Pour all ingredients into your empty Hayman’s London Dry (70cl) bottle. Replace the cork and shake to ensure ingredients are well mixed. Place the bottle, along with glasses in a freezer for minimum of three hours.
For each individual serve, pour 90ml from the bottle into a chilled glass, and garnish with a twist of lemon or an olive.
