Atherol Spritz

You will need…

ml oz
  • 50ml 1.69 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin
  • 20ml 0.67 oz Aperol
  • 20ml 0.67 oz Cointreau
  • Grapefruit Juice
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Raspberries, Grapefruit and Basil

Steps to make…

Add Hayman’s London Dry Gin, Aperol, Cointreau, and grapefruit juice to a shaker. Shake for 10 seconds with ice.

Fill a spritz glass with ice, then add raspberries and sliced basil and grapefruit. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
