You will need…

ml oz

37.5ml 1.26 oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
15ml 0.50 oz Génépi liqueur
15ml 0.50 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear liqueur
7.5ml 0.25 oz Dry vermouth
15ml 0.50 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery
3 drops Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)

Steps to make…

Stir and serve in a chilled coupe.
