Sloe Gin Fizz

You will need…

50ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
25ml citrus (lemon or lime)
2 dashes of foaming bitters
Top up with soda

Steps to make…

Add the first 3 ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake hard, add ice and shake again. Double strain over ice in a tall, chilled highball. Garnish with seasonal herbs.
