World Family Day

A day set aside to enjoy getting together as a family. This could mean three generations around one table for a long lunch, a round of drinks in the pub with those extended family friends or simply an overdue Facetime conversation with a great aunt.

However we choose to celebrate – there’s no doubt that the British Sunday Lunch has long been a great time for busy families to come together for a special meal and enjoy each other’s company. And we all know that the best Sunday lunches begin with a delicious G&T.

James, Miranda and their father Christopher (Hayman) not only work together every weekday but enjoy getting together at the weekends too. Dedicated to making the best-tasting gin, the family business has been trying out new ideas and different styles of gin for five generations. So, it won’t come as any surprise to hear that on World Family Day they will be raising their gin glasses to their great-great-grandfather who invented the recipe of what has become London Dry Gin
