We are a 12-minute walk from Balham station (Northern line, zone 3 Overground and Underground) or a 15-minute walk from Clapham South station (Northern line, zone 2 Underground).

Hayman's Training Academy

We invite you to join one of our weekly workshops at the London Distillery.

Gin Workshop

Learn all you need to know about gin, the story behind Hayman’s and how our gin is made with a tutored tasting and perfect serves.

Workshops last approximately 1.5 hours and are usually held early in the week.

Educating and supporting the trade is at the heart of what we do.

Learn how we make The Original Gin using our 160-year-old family recipe (which pioneered the London Dry gin style). Open to you and your team, Hayman’s Training Academy’s Gin Workshop includes:

Plus, taste our sustainable British vodka, Respirited, awarded “Most Innovative Spirit 2022”.

On completing the workshop, you will receive a certificate and a bottle of our award-winning London Dry (20cl).

Can I cancel my team's Training Academy class?

Working in hospitality, we are sure you are well aware of the difficulties of last minute cancellations and no shows – therefore we have a rescheduling policy in place. Please do us a favour and let us know no later than 4 days in advance if you cannot make your Academy class.

Prior to your class, you will be sent an email asking you to confirm your attendance. Please let us know if you wish to reschedule by confirming via email.

How many team members can I book into a Training Academy class?

There are 20 bookable sessions available per class. If you are a larger team, please let us know and we can look to accommodate you.

Do you have disabled access?

We do have disabled access into the main area of the distillery, shop, lab and tasting table, however due to the nature of the building we do not have disabled access to our mezzanine bar. Let us know prior to your visit and we can make sure our all required access ramps are ready for you.
