Vibrant Citrus Mojito

You will need…

ml oz

50ml 1.69 oz Hayman’s Vibrant Citrus Gin
15ml 0.50 oz Lemon juice
15ml 0.50 oz Lime juice
20ml 0.67 oz Sugar syrup
Soda water
8-10 mint leaves (plus more to garnish)
Lemon twist (to garnish)

Steps to make…

Add Hayman’s Vibrant Citrus, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar syrup and 8-10 mint leaves to a glass full of crushed ice and stir. Top with more ice and soda water, and garnish with mint leaves and a lemon twist.
