World Gin Day interview with Emma Stokes @ginmonkey
With World Gin Day this coming Saturday 14th June, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to catch up with our friend and gin guru Emma Stokes
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. Strain the cocktail back into the shaker and remove the ice, then dry shake (without ice) again. Double strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with lemon peel or a sprig of rosemary.
