You will need…

oz
- 60ml 2.02 oz Hayman's Vibrant Citrus Gin
- 25ml 0.84 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10ml 0.33 oz 2:1 sugar syrup
- Soda
- 12 fresh basil leaves
Steps to make…
Muddle the basil in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except the soda to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice for 10-15 seconds Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice and add soda to top. Garnish with a sprig of basil.
