You will need…
- 50ml Hayman’s Exotic Citrus Gin
- 20ml blood orange juice
- 10ml lemon juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 2 sliced cherries
- foaming bitters / egg white
Steps to make…
Shake all ingredients and double strain over ice. Garnish with dried blood orange or a cherry.
