We are a 12-minute walk from Balham station (Northern line, zone 3 Overground and Underground) or a 15-minute walk from Clapham South station (Northern line, zone 2 Underground).

Peach & Rose Spritz

You will need…

For a pitcher:

Steps to make…

Add your Hayman’s Peach & Rose to a jug filled with ice. Cut up your strawberries & cucumber and tear your mint and add to the jug. Top up with lemonade and serve.

Peach & Rose Negroni

You will need…

Steps to make…

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Measure out the ingredients over the ice. Stir with the ice for one minute. Garnish with a mint leaf.

Peach and Frosé

You will need…

Steps to make…

Pour the rosé wine into a shallow tray and freeze overnight until solid. Transfer to a blender, add 50ml of Hayman’s Peach and Rose and a squeeze of fresh lime. Blend until smooth but slushy and pour into a glass. Garnish with a cucumber swirl.

Peach & Rose Breeze

Steps to make…

Fill a large glass with ice and add 35ml of Hayman’s Peach & Rose. Top with 125ml Folkington’s Pink Lemonade. Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice to taste Stir gently to mix.

Peach & Rose Sharing Summer Spritz

You will need…

Steps to make…

Fill a pitcher or carafe with ice. Add 300ml of Hayman’s Peach & Rose Cup. Top with 600ml of traditional lemonade. Garnish with fresh strawberries, cucumber and mint. Stir gently to mix and pour into chilled glasses.

Summer Spritz

Steps to make…

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 50ml of Hayman’s Peach & Rose. Top with 100ml of traditional lemonade. Garnish with fresh strawberry and mint.
