For a pitcher of Peach & Rose Spritz:
- 200ml Hayman’s Peach & Rose
- Lemonade to top
- Lots of strawberries, mint and cucumber
Steps to make…
Add your Hayman’s Peach & Rose to a jug filled with ice. Cut up your strawberries & cucumber and tear your mint and add to the jug. Top up with lemonade and serve.

Fill a tall glass with ice, pour over the Hayman’s Exotic Citrus and a splash of grapefruit juice. Top up with Sicilian lemonade. Gently stir the ingredients to mix and garnish with a juicy wedge of grapefruit and fresh mint.

Peach & Rose Cup is inspired by traditional Fruit Cups – a drink enjoyed in England since the Victorian times. Combining a base spirit of gin with fruits, liqueurs and spices, these were traditionally mixed with lemonade.

- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add 50ml of Hayman’s Peach & Rose Cup.
- Top with 100ml of traditional lemonade.
- Garnish with fresh strawberry and mint – and enjoy!

- Add all these ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Stack with ice.
- Shake hard.
- Double strain into a chilled glass (already filled with crushed ice)
- Garnish with a wedge of lemon and fresh basil leaves.
Bartenders Tip
How do you make crushed ice? You can get small handheld machines … but it is also easily made with things you already have at home. Place ice in a tea towel, fold it in half, then in half again. Then hit it for about a minute with a rolling pin, and viola – crushed ice!
