We are a 12-minute walk from Balham station (Northern line, zone 3 Overground and Underground) or a 15-minute walk from Clapham South station (Northern line, zone 2 Underground).

Hayman’s Winter Spritz

You will need…

  • 35ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
  • 15ml Aperol
  • Fever Tree Blood Orange Soda
  • Orange Wheel and Rosemary to garnish

Steps to make…

Pour 35ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin and 15ml Aperol into a glass with ice. Top up with blood orange soda and give it a quick stir. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and a sprig of rosemary.

Hayman’s Autumn Sloe Spritz

You will need…

  • 35ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
  • 15ml Aperol
  • Fever-Tree Blood Orange Soda
  • Orange wheel and rosemary sprig to garnish

Steps to make…

  1. Add the Sloe Gin and Aperol to a large wine glass full of ice.
  2. Top with the Fever-Tree Blood Orange Soda.
  3. Garnish with a orange wheel and rosemary spring.

Hayman’s Peach & Rose Spritz

You will need…

For a pitcher of Peach & Rose Spritz:

  • 200ml Hayman’s Peach & Rose
  • Lemonade to top
  • Lots of strawberries, mint and cucumber

Steps to make…

Add your Hayman’s Peach & Rose to a jug filled with ice. Cut up your strawberries & cucumber and tear your mint and add to the jug. Top up with lemonade and serve.

Enjoy the taste of summer!

Hayman’s Royale Spritz

 You will need…

  • 50ml Hayman’s Peach and Rose
  • 50ml sparkling wine and topped with soda

Steps to make…

Add 50ml Hayman’s Peach and Rose to a flute glass and add 50ml sparkling wine. Top up with Soda. Enjoy!

Hayman’s Spring Spritz

You will need…

  • 50ml Hayman’s Exotic Citrus Gin
  • 25ml apple juice
  • 50ml blood orange juice
  • Sicilian lemonade or sparkling wine

Steps to make…

Add to a glass full of ice and top with sparkling wine or lemonade. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Winter Spritz

Summer Spritz

Peach & Rose Cup is inspired by traditional Fruit Cups – a drink enjoyed in England since the Victorian times. Combining a base spirit of gin with fruits, liqueurs and spices, these were traditionally mixed with lemonade.

You will need…

Steps to make…

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add 50ml of Hayman’s Peach & Rose Cup.
  3. Top with 100ml of traditional lemonade.
  4. Garnish with fresh strawberry and mint – and enjoy!
