London Light and Tonic

You will need…

  • 25ml Hayman’s London Light
  • 100ml light Tonic
  • Twist of lemon

Steps to make…

Pour 25ml Hayman’s London Light over ice and top up with 100ml chilled light tonic. Garnish with a twist of lemon and enjoy.

Hayman’s Berry Royal G&T

You will need…

Steps to make…

Add 50ml Hayman’s London Dry to a stemless glass and top up with tonic over ice. Garnish with frozen berries. Enjoy!

Small G&T

A G&T made with Hayman’s Small Gin has both 80% less alcohol and fewer calories, with no compromise on the great taste of a Hayman’s G&T.  A thimbleful of Small Gin is all you need…

You will need…

Steps to make…

  1. Fill a highball with cubed ice.
  2. Pour in a thimbleful (5ml) of Small Gin
  3. Top with 100ml low-calorie tonic.
  4. Garnish with lemon peel or squeeze of lime.

Each Small G&T contains just 0.2 Units alcohol and 30 calories.

True English G&T

You will need…

Steps to make…

  1. Fill a highball with cubed ice
  2. Pour in the gin
  3. Top up with 100ml tonic or to taste
  4. Serve with a twist of lemon peel

For the true taste

To achieve a bartender’s precision with the garnish, use a potato peeler to take a strip of lemon zest and trim with a sharp knife to create an even shape. Snap the zest’s natural oils over the top of your G&T to enhance the gin’s natural citrus character.
