Spring Into Gin

As the evenings grow lighter, we’ve created some easy and refreshing cocktail recipes as you step into Spring!

Strawberry & Basil Smash

Hayman's Strawberry and Basil Smash cocktail

  • 50ml Hayman’s London Dry Gin

  • 25ml Lemon Juice

  • 25ml Sugar Syrup

  • 4 Large Juicy Strawberries Chopped

  • 3 Basil Leaves

1.  Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Strain into glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a strawberry.

 

Sloe-mary Spritz

Hayman's Sloe Mary Spritz cocktail

  • 50ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin

  • 50ml Grapefruit Juice

  • 25ml Lemon Juice

  • 20ml Sugar Syrup

  • Sprig of Rosemary, Chopped

  • Soda Water

1. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Strain into glass filled with ice.
4. Top with Soda Water.
5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a twist of grapefruit peel.

 

Rhubarb Collins

Hayman's Rhubarb Collins cocktail

  • 50ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin

  • 25ml Lemon Juice

  • 20ml Sugar Syrup

  • 2 Bar Spoons of Rhubarb Jam

1. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Strain into glass filled with ice.
4. Top with Soda Water.
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
