Old Tom’s Bar in Old Street station will happily share this gin knowledge with you whilst you enjoy a refreshing Tom Collins, maybe even a bitter sweet Martinez or a classic Tom and Tonic!

Join us at Old Tom’s Bar, open daily 7.30am – 8pm from Monday the 15th of July until Friday the 26th of July (closed on weekends).   

Drinks available from midday.

Hayman's Gin Tom Collins at Old Tom's Bar

Tom Collins Recipe

  • 50ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin

  • 30ml Lemon Juice

  • 15ml Sugar Syrup

Add the ingredients into a highball
glass filled with ice, top with soda water
and garnish with lemon peel.

 

You have to be over 18* to enter the home of english gin
