Hopped Tonic
A refreshing twist on a classic English G&T.
50ml Hayman’s Hopped Gin
Premium Tonic Water
Fill a highball with cubed ice
Pour in the gin
Top with the tonic
Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit
Hopped Bee’s Knees
50ml Hayman’s Hopped Gin
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Honey
2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Chill a martini glass
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker
Shake and double strain into a chilled glass
Aged Indian Martinez
30ml Hayman’s Hopped Gin
20ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Apricot Brandy
1 drop Indian Droplet by Javier de las Muelas
Chill a martini glass.
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass or tin.
Strain into the chilled martini glass.
Garnish with the oils from an orange zest.
The Pursuit of Hoppiness
50ml Hayman’s Hopped Gin
20ml Apple Juice
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar
4 Mint leaves
Topped with 50ml Tonic Water
Add all ingredients other than the tonic to a cocktail shaker.
Shake and double strain into a highball glass full of cubed ice.
